It also involves offering quality activities to children in ordinary primary education (from 4 to 12 years old) during the lunch break and in the late afternoon, thus assuming a socio-educational role complementary to that of the family, the school, and other extracurricular activities. Find out more about our news via our website [ ](< >) Your missions As a Socio-educational Referent, you will play a central role in animation, the monitoring of children, the integration of new colleagues, and local coordination at your place of assignment. Your main responsibilities will include: * Socio-educational supervision: Plan, organize, and lead socio-educational activities. Propose projects and animation activities as a team that promote children's development and autonomy, while guaranteeing their emotional and physical safety. Foster the development of community animation. * Collaboration and communication: Ensure smooth collaboration with local partners, notably parents, teachers, and school restaurants. Accompany new collaborators during their integration. Collaborate with your sector manager to transmit necessary information. * Administrative management: Lead coordination meetings, prepare agendas, and write meeting minutes, validate attendance lists, manage financial and administrative resources (CCP account) within your scope of action. You will be the driver of a collaborative environment, centered on innovation and continuous improvement. The profile we are looking for: Required skills * CFC in socio-educational or a training deemed equivalent * Benefit of two years of experience in an equivalent function * Mastery of the French language orally and in writing (minimum level B2). * IT skills: Good mastery of Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
