Tasks
In this function, you are an important part of our dedicated teams in the Würth Shops in Zuchwil and Aarwangen. We are looking for a responsible personality with a strong service mindset:

• Advise and convince our customers through competent conversations to meet their needs and generate sales
• Ensure smooth operations by entering orders into the system and taking responsibility for goods and inventory management
• Support the team by performing administrative office work to ensure the smooth operation of the Würth Shop
• Implement sales-promoting measures while keeping an eye on specifications to increase the turnover and success of the shop
• Be part of our commitment to customer loyalty and customer satisfaction by participating in customer events and supporting inventories; additionally, you will participate in meetings to contribute to the further development of the respective shop

Requirements

• A completed vocational training as Detailhandelsfachfrau/-mann EFZ in the field of hardware or similar
• A well-groomed appearance and a friendly personality are part of your professionalism in customer contact
• Your strong sales mentality and the will to always go the extra mile make you a motivated and successful sales professional
• SAP knowledge is an advantage and enables you to process business processes efficiently
