What makes the position particularly interesting and stimulating:
You are responsible for analyzing and processing files in German and French in the field of family allowances and care allowances
You perform the eligibility control as well as the calculation of benefits
You are in daily contact with our insured persons, various providers and social institutions.
What you bring to HOTELA:
You have a CFC as a commercial employee or an equivalent training
You are a native French or German speaker and you possess excellent knowledge of the other language (C1)
You have knowledge or previous experience in the field of social insurances
You possess the Certificate of Generalist in social insurances (a plus)
You are an organized, proactive person and ready to continuously train in your field of activity. You are able to work both in a team and independently

Deine Aufgaben
Du analysierst und bearbeitest Dossiers im Bereich der Familienzulagen und der Betreuungsentschädigung in deutscher und französischer Sprache.
Du prüfst die Anspruchsberechtigung und berechnest die Leistungen.
Du stehst täglich mit unseren Versicherten sowie mit verschiedenen Leistungserbringern und Sozialversicherungsinstitutionen in Kontakt.
Dein Profil
Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufslehre (EFZ) oder eine gleichwertige Ausbildung.
Deine Muttersprache ist Deutsch oder Französisch und du verfügst über ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse der jeweils anderen Sprache (Niveau C1)
Du bringst Kenntnisse oder erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Sozialversicherungen mit.
Idealerweise verfügst du über das Zertifikat als Sozialversicherungs-Generalist/in.
Du bist eine organisierte und proaktive Persönlichkeit und bereit, dich kontinuierlich in deinem Fachgebiet weiterzubilden. Du arbeitest gerne sowohl im Team als auch selbstständig.
