Construction Manager

Activity rate: 80% - 100% - Start date: immediately or as agreed

DT Concept SA, an architecture and construction management office based in Fenil-sur-Corsier, is looking for a construction manager at 80% - 100% to ensure the monitoring of its construction sites in the cantons of Vaud, Fribourg, and Valais, from coordination with companies to the acceptance of works.

The essentials at a glance ##

• Residence located less than 30 km from our offices in Fenil-sur-Corsier
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
• CFC in architectural drafting required
• ES diploma: a major asset
• French native speaker
• Category B driver's license mandatory

Your mission ##

Reporting to our office, you will take charge of the monitoring of our construction sites located in the cantons of Vaud, Fribourg, and Valais. In this capacity, you will ensure:

• Coordination with companies working on the construction sites
• Preparation of tenders and their verification
• Participation in adjudication meetings
• Cost control and budgetary monitoring of the construction sites
• Technical drawing work
• Monitoring the progress of work and compliance with deadlines and quality of execution

Your profile ##

• CFC in architectural drafting (required)
• ES diploma (major asset)
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
• French native speaker
• Resident within a maximum of 30 km of Fenil-sur-Corsier
• Good command of standard IT tools; mastery of ArchiCad is an asset
• Knowledge of SIA standards and construction regulations in French-speaking Switzerland
• Category B driver's license mandatory
• Rigor, organizational skills, and ability to manage several sites in parallel
• Interpersonal skills and good negotiation skills with the various stakeholders
• Autonomy and initiative
