For one of our clients, we are looking for a Management & Advisory Assistant FR / ENG on a permanent contract at 100% based in Genève. The collaborator will support a Senior Wealth Manager.

Senior Management Assistant / Advisory FR / ENG 100% (m / f)

Our client is a well-established multi-family office in Switzerland.

Missions

• Integration within the financial structure ;
• Daily support of a Senior Wealth Manager for their HNWI / UHNWI client portfolio ;
• Responding to all client requests via telephone, email, videoconference, and face-to-face meetings ;
• Liaison with partner custodian banks ;
• Opening and closing of bank accounts ;
• Cash management ;
• Transfers, wire transfers, and payments ;
• Execution of stock market orders across all asset classes ;
• Preparation of investment proposals ;
• Pitching investment ideas to private HNWI / UHNWI clients ;
• Consolidation of client accounts ;
• KYC and client documentation ;
• AML compliance ;
• Reporting to clients and to Management ;
• Participation in daily office life.

Candidate Profile

• Banking training or higher academic degree in Finance, Economics, or Management ;
• Similar and significant experience in management assistance and advisory in Wealth Management ;
• Good knowledge of financial markets and financial instruments ;
• Good mastery of the MS Office suite and banking programs ;
• Excellent mastery of the French language, both spoken and written ;
• Good mastery of the English language, both spoken and written ;
• Mastery of the Turkish language as an asset ;
• Rigorous, stable, loyal, analytical & sense of client contact ;
• Discretion and sense of confidentiality.
