Technical Manager

Your responsibilities
Technical management of a portfolio of rental properties, with the help of a technical collaborator:

• Ensure the technical management of the buildings under your responsibility.
• Supervise maintenance, renovation, and upkeep work of the buildings.
• Move-in and move-out inspections
• Manage relations with external service providers and mandated companies.
• Establish budgets for works and ensure their financial monitoring.
• Perform regular visits of the buildings to guarantee their good condition.
• Management of caretakers
• Collaborate closely with the other departments of the company.

Your profile

• CFC in commerce / technical or a title deemed equivalent
• Very good knowledge in the field of technical building management.
• Immobase and Immoplus: an asset
• Professional experience in a similar position in Switzerland
• Autonomous, rigorous, flexible person, knowing how to manage priorities and capable of working in a team
• Very good command of the French language and good level of English: an asset
• Sense of responsibility and good management of priorities
• Good stress management and interpersonal skills
• Good presentation
• Driver's license
