We are looking for one of our clients, in the construction sector, active in the Nord Vaudois, an architect or building draughtsman at 80-100%.

Desired profile:

• Holder of a CFC in building draughting with experience in a similar position * Good knowledge of AEAI fire protection requirements (AQ2 degree), an asset * Mastery of usual IT tools in the sector including Messerli, MS Office, Autocad, archicad and Photoshop * Solid knowledge in building technology * Interest and good knowledge regarding subsidies for transformations * Organized, rigorous, pragmatic and endowed with good interpersonal skills Your mission:
• Establish technical drawings at all phases of the project: sketches, preliminary design, final design, execution and detail plans + Compile and submit building permit application files + Perform surveys of existing buildings using laser scanning software + Perform measurements and ensure the monitoring of small construction sites + Prepare and manage tenders and calls for bids jpid90e5bbejm jpit0938jm jpiy26jm
