Are you versatile, organized, and do you enjoy varied tasks related to concierge services and housekeeping? Do you want to contribute to the comfort and security of the users of municipal buildings? This position is for you!
Your mission
As a concierge, you will autonomously ensure the cleaning, upkeep, and routine maintenance work of municipal buildings. You will ensure the proper functioning of the installations and contribute to offering a clean, welcoming, and secure environment to the users.
Your main activities:
Autonomously execute all tasks related to the cleaning and maintenance of municipal buildings according to established planning, protocols, and processes
Collaborate, if necessary, in the organization and smooth running of various municipal events
Participate in the winter service on-call shifts
Contribute to the training and supervision of apprentices.
Your profile:
You hold a CFC as an exploitation agent or an equivalent title
You have professional experience in the field of cleaning or housekeeping
You demonstrate an interest in public service
You have a sense of hospitality and demonstrate interpersonal skills
Autonomous and versatile, you are capable of carrying out small routine repairs
You have a sense of responsibility and know how to demonstrate flexibility
You show initiative and are proactive
You master French, both orally and in writing
You have basic knowledge of IT, notably the Office suite
