Your missions ###

• Supervise and organize the activity of the setting workshop.
• Perform and control different types of setting on watchmaking and/or jewelry pieces.
• Ensure the distribution of tasks and the monitoring of production.
• Guarantee the quality and conformity of the pieces produced.
• Accompany, train, and support the workshop employees.
• Perform aesthetic and dimensional controls of the pieces.
• Identify any technical problems and propose suitable solutions.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of working methods and processes.
• Ensure compliance with deadlines, quality requirements, and company standards.
• Be the reference contact for technical questions related to setting.

Requirements ##

Your profile ###

• Training in the field of setting, jewelry making, or fine jewelry.
• Proven experience as a setter, with initial experience in workshop or team responsibility.
• Excellent mastery of different setting techniques: grain setting, prong setting, bezel setting, channel setting, invisible setting, etc.
• Very good mastery of tools and equipment related to setting.
• Excellent visual acuity and great dexterity.
• Acute sense of precision and detail.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and monitor production.
• Natural leadership, sense of communication, and team spirit.
• Autonomy, rigor, and sense of responsibility.
