Missions and responsibilities:

The server provides irreproachable service through their professionalism, rigor, and sense of hospitality. Their sense of quality service allows them to build customer loyalty. Their missions include:

• Setting up, service, and clearing in the dining room and at the bar
• Welcoming the customer
• Management and restocking of stocks
• Preparation of drinks
• Opening & closing of the Café

Profile sought and required qualities:

• You have successful experience of at least 2 years (AFP, CFC or equivalent an asset)
• Capable of working in a team in an organized, structured, dynamic, and autonomous manner
• Excellent interpersonal skills: knowing how to interact with customers and colleagues in a discreet, courteous, and diplomatic manner, knowing how to be communicative and transmit the right information to the right people
• Ability to manage stress and aptitude to manage priorities
