Responsible for driving SAP Finance solutions, supporting transformation projects, and ensuring alignment between business needs and technological solutions.

Job Description

Governance and steering of SAP Finance processes:

• Ensure functional responsibility for SAP Finance modules and their interfaces with other business areas.
• Guarantee the reliability, consistency, and integrity of financial data within the ERP.
• Supervise processes related to general accounting, accounts payable and receivable, fixed assets, management controlling, cost and profit centers, as well as financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with internal control requirements, regulatory compliance, and system security.

Deployment and transformation of SAP solutions:

• Lead implementation, deployment, and evolution projects for SAP Finance modules.
• Actively participate in ERP transformation programs and migration initiatives to SAP S/4HANA.
• Collect and analyze user needs in order to design solutions adapted to business challenges.
• Coordinate configuration, testing, production rollout, and change management activities.
• Ensure the management and quality of master data related to financial processes.

Support and continuous improvement:

• Provide high-level functional expertise to Finance teams and key users.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and digitalization.
• Participate in the integration of new technologies and the automation of financial operations.
• Collaborate closely with Finance, IT, Supply Chain teams, and external partners to ensure the performance of deployed solutions.

Profile sought
-----------------

• Higher education in Finance, Accounting, Management Information Systems, or an equivalent field.
• Proven experience in the implementation, integration, and deployment of SAP Finance modules (FI/CO), ideally within a multi-site user company.
• Participation in ERP transformation or migration projects to SAP S/4HANA.
• Excellent understanding of financial processes and their interactions with other company functions.
• Strong skills in project management and coordination of multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in French and English.
• Mastery of integration issues between SAP and peripheral systems.
• Ability to bridge the gap between business challenges, financial processes, and technological solutions.
• Result-oriented, sense of service, and ability to support change.
