Accountant - Accounting & Payroll Services

Your contribution at KPMG ##

• With the support of more experienced colleagues, you will support and advise our national and international clients in their financial and payroll management by ensuring the application of current regulations
• You will calculate the salaries of our clients' employees for different types of populations such as local employees, expatriates, employees of a foreign employer, administrators
• You will manage our clients' personnel changes in connection with the social and tax authorities
• You will prepare social insurance declarations, withholding tax declarations, and annual salary certificates
• You will help maintain accounts receivable, accounts payable, and financial accounting up to the closing of our clients' accounts by applying the various accounting standards. You will provide support in the preparation of financial statements as well as VAT returns
• You will collaborate with different team members as well as other departments and participate in various projects
• You will be able to contribute to the development of new tools and processes in order to meet the continuous challenges faced by our clients

Here is what makes your success ##

• You hold a CFC as a commercial employee, a commercial professional maturity, a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics orientation (HEC, HEG or equivalent), or are in the process of obtaining the federal diploma of specialist in finance and accounting
• You have 1 to 5 years of experience in Switzerland in accounting or payroll management
• Your native language is French, with a good command of English (minimum level B2) or are ready to deepen your knowledge of English
• You master Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• If you know Abacus, it is a plus
• You do not like routine, are motivated, wish to take on new challenges and responsibilities
• You are rigorous and solution-oriented in order to offer high-quality services to a demanding clientele
