Director (M/F) of the Commercial Division at 80-100%

Mission: You ensure the pedagogical, administrative, financial, and organizational direction of the Commercial Division and actively contribute to the development of its various training branches. You report to the management of the Service de la formation postobligatoire and are a member of the CEJEF executive committee. In this capacity, you steer the implementation and evolution of training programs, guarantee the quality of services, and ensure the smooth functioning of the division. You lead and support teaching and administrative staff, supervise student management, and ensure the monitoring of human, financial, and organizational resources. You contribute to the development of pedagogical projects and the evolution of training practices, in connection with the challenges of the professional world. You also represent the division to its numerous institutional, economic, and vocational training partners.
Profile: Holder of a university Master's degree, you have recognized pedagogical training (at least a HEP-BEJUNE teaching certificate or D1800). The Certificate of advanced studies (CAS) in administration and management of training institutions (CAS-FORDIF) is an asset, which can also be obtained during employment. You benefit from 2 to 4 years of experience in leading an entity, team management, and financial management, as well as confirmed experience in post-compulsory teaching, ideally in the field of commercial vocational training. You possess an excellent sense of organization and priorities and know how to unite, make decisions, and steer activities in a demanding and constantly evolving environment. Your interpersonal skills, negotiation capacity, ease of communication, and interest in pedagogical innovation complete your profile. Mastery of French is indispensable; knowledge of German is an asset.
