As part of a replacement, we are recruiting a:
Residential Center Manager (100%) - 10 month fixed-term contract
Location: Chavannes-près-Renens
Start date: 1st September 2026
Salary class: 10 (this scale is subject to validated prerequisites, failing which the classification is made at class -1)
What you bring to our mission:
You manage the residential centers under your responsibility by ensuring team management, activity coordination, the quality of services delivered to beneficiaries, as well as the overall smooth operation of the sites.

Your key missions:
You manage two residential centers, plan and organize activities
You manage human resources and the budget
You ensure the smooth operation of the centers and activities related to beneficiaries as well as services
You represent the centers and the establishment to various internal and external partners, notably local authorities
You implement and monitor compliance with standards, operating rules, and residential center procedures
Your key skills:

Compliance with legal standards, internal procedures, and confidentiality

Your profile:
Bachelor's degree in a field useful to the function
Certifying training in management
Minimum of 7 years of experience in one or more of the supervised functions, including part of it in team and project management
Strong interest in the field of migration
