You advise and assist in the field of human resources. You analyze personnel needs and actively contribute to the recruitment process. You participate in the continuous improvement of human capital management. You participate in the development of HR projects and provide support to the HR Manager. DESIRED PROFILE Federal diploma of HR specialist or an equivalent title required. Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position. Experience in the public sector strongly desired. Analytical and synthesis skills. Knowledge of PeopleSoft is an asset. Self-control and stress management.
