CAPEX Project Manager

Agap2 is a European engineering and operational consulting group founded in 2005 and specializing in industry. We work in the sectors of pharmacy, biotechnology, medical devices, watchmaking, and precision mechanics.

As a consultant, you will be required to support our clients in the realization of their projects on-site by providing your expertise and skills. You are agile and eager to adapt to different work environments that will feed your curiosity to see what lies behind the closed doors of the largest projects in our clients' portfolios.

CAPEX Project Manager

Your missions

• Lead industrial investment projects, from design to commissioning.
• Manage budgets, schedules, risks, and priorities.
• Coordinate internal teams, design offices, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Guarantee safety, quality, costs, and deadlines.
• Support the startup of installations and their transfer to operational teams.

Your profile

• Bac+5 in chemistry, process engineering, industrial engineering, or equivalent technical training.
• Approximately 10 years of experience in industrial project management, ideally in chemistry, pharmacy, ingredients, flavors.
• Proven experience in CAPEX projects and coordination of multidisciplinary teams.
• Autonomy, leadership, rigor, and excellent communication skills.
• Fluent professional English.
