Your main missions * Ensure the operational management of the payment traffic product offering in Switzerland in support of the Bank's strategy, * Drive the performance of the payment traffic product offering (data-driven), * Identify opportunities for growth and product evolution, create prototypes and promote innovation in payment methods, * Develop, coordinate and maintain the dedicated product roadmap, * Prepare product launches, including the implementation of communication as well as key success indicators, * Ensure technological and market monitoring of the payment traffic product offering, * Collaborate with internal teams and external partners. Your technical skills * Excellent mastery of payment systems: SEPA, SWIFT, ISO 20022, Instant payment, SIC, SIX, * In-depth knowledge of payment platforms and transactional models, * Very good sectoral or regulatory knowledge of payment traffic in Switzerland (banking regulation, security, compliance), * Proven experience in product roadmap management, prioritization and backlog management, * Analytical skills and mastery of product management methods (design thinking, DevOps, lean, agile, etc.), * Solid data analysis and reporting skills. Your profile * Higher education (banking, finance, IT or equivalent), * Successful experience in product management in the payments field, * Interpersonal skills and ability to influence different interlocutors, * Strong results orientation and spirit of initiative, * Great capacity for organization, rigor and resilience, * Very good knowledge of English, and ideally German (oral).
