What awaits you

• Advice and assistance to customers, mainly by telephone or at the reception when they come to the agency
• Assistance and support to insurance advisors in making appointments with their customers
• Preparation and follow-up of appointments with customers, support to the advisor teams in their daily tasks, correspondence and general administration
• Drafting of insurance offers and proposals
• Close and permanent contact with the agency's advisor teams
• Frequent exchanges with the different departments of the AXA regional headquarters

What you bring

• Commercial training and initial experience in administration; knowledge of the insurance sector is a real advantage
• A marked interest in advice and sales, a strong motivation to train on our products and internal processes
• A service-oriented personality and the desire to always find the best equitable solution for everyone
• A positive and dynamic temperament, reliability, flexibility and ease in contact with others as well as an excellent team spirit
• Excellent mastery of French both orally and in writing; any other language is an additional asset
• A place of residence in our activity zone and a good knowledge of the local economic fabric
• Ease with standard computer systems as well as in learning new digital tools
