Job description
Maintenance of the accounting for about fifteen companies up to the closing (execution and control of current accounting operations, preparation of VAT returns, analytical and financial intercompany re-invoicing)
Management of accounts payable and invoice control
Preparation of the necessary elements for tax returns
Preparation of real estate capital gains tax returns
Preparation of documents and accounting elements necessary for credit requests and bank financing
Control and monitoring of the accounts of different PPE
Profile sought
Holder of a commercial and/or accounting qualification
Benefiting from at least 5 years of experience as an accountant (fiduciary, construction, real estate)
Strong ability to visualize accounting entries in a multi-company management context
