In this management role, you adopt an entrepreneurial vision and act proactively and in a service-oriented manner. As an FSM at ISS, you lead supervisors and employees, you are the primary contact person for clients and you ensure that our services are provided at the highest level of quality. You are responsible for quality assurance as well as costs and customer satisfaction. ### What awaits you * Implement the strategy and objectives of ISS * Respect and follow the standards and guidelines defined by clients * Lead and coordinate all Facility Services activities on behalf of our clients * Responsibility for personnel management and supervision (planning, hour allocation, recruitment, annual interviews, etc.) * Ensure operational and financial management (updating reports, budget control and management, etc.) of services delivered on the client site * Responsibility for administration, compliance with KPIs, SLAs, working procedures and processes and, if necessary, the creation thereof * Propose, develop and implement improvements * Privileged interlocutor for clients * Participate in and monitor project control * Coordinate subcontractors ### What you bring * From higher education in the field of management, building technology or hospitality * Benefit of 8 to 10 years of experience in the field of Facility Management (ideally) or in the service sector with similar responsibilities * Proven and certified professional and managerial skills * Very good knowledge in the management of soft services (cleaning, concierge, reception...) and/or hard services (building technology HVAC/CVCSE, electricity...) * Innate sense of communication, excellent speaker * Comfort with numbers, financial management associated with good analytical skills * Sense of planning and organization necessary for the simultaneous management of several projects * Strong team spirit * Native French speaker and excellent knowledge of English (min. C1) and/or German (min. B2) * Mastery of standard IT tools and comfort with digital tools in general * Solution-oriented * Charismatic personality with a very pronounced customer orientation ### Ready for us?
