Our client is looking for a Quality Controller to strengthen their teams as part of a temporary mission,

You guarantee the conformity of watch movements by performing rigorous controls and ensuring the monitoring of associated flows, while respecting quality, safety, and productivity requirements.

Quality Controller (M/F)

Main responsibilities ##

• You perform the aesthetic and functional control of watch heads, movements, and components according to established procedures and current quality standards.
• You identify any non-conformities, analyze observed defects, and decide on actions to be taken in accordance with defined directives.
• You ensure the recording and monitoring of control results in the dedicated computer systems.
• You manage the administrative and IT processing of products, from their reception to the monitoring of parts requiring intervention.
• You share quality information with various interlocutors and contribute to activity reporting.
• You support production teams by providing your expertise during the identification of defects or quality issues.
• You actively participate in continuous improvement processes by proposing solutions aimed at optimizing control methods, tools, and standards.
• You demonstrate versatility by occasionally providing support to final control or watch assembly activities.

Your profile ##

• Technical or watchmaking training (AFP Opérateur en horlogerie or equivalent).
• TQ1 training, an asset.
• Experience in watchmaking quality control.
• Good proficiency in reading plans and using control tools.
• Knowledge of watch products, movements, and watches.
• Ease with IT tools, SAP being a plus.
• Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
• Rigor, sense of detail, and excellent observation skills.
