Missions ###

• Lead and monitor HVAC renovation projects autonomously
• Analyze client needs and technical constraints related to existing installations
• Study suitable technical solutions in the fields of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning
• Participate in the technical preparation and planning of projects
• Prepare offers, estimations, and technical and financial proposals
• Ensure project monitoring by ensuring compliance with budget, costs, and deadlines
• Actively participate in site and coordination meetings with various stakeholders
• Coordinate the different project stakeholders: internal teams, clients, representatives, and companies working on site
• Monitor work progress and anticipate potential technical or organizational problems
• Identify deviations from the schedule or budget and implement necessary corrective measures
• Guarantee regular and professional communication with the client throughout the entire duration of the project
• Ensure the administrative and technical monitoring of projects until their completion.

Profile ###

• Professional training as a building technology designer in heating CFC, or equivalent technical training
• Ideally, continuing education or complementary knowledge in the fields of ventilation and/or air conditioning
• Professional experience in a similar role
• Proven experience in HVAC project management
• Significant experience in building renovation or transformation projects is a real asset for this position
• Very good technical understanding of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning installations
• Ability to simultaneously manage the technical, financial, organizational, and relational aspects of a project
• Good mastery of monitoring costs, deadlines, and planning
• Ability to work autonomously and to make decisions within the framework of complex projects
