What to expect ##

As a Product Owner, you are part of the «Prozess Vertragsführung» department as well as an agile, interdisciplinary team responsible for the contract management processes in the non-life sector.

What you will achieve with us ##

You will actively help shape the modernization of existing contract management processes, placing the needs of our customers at the center. To do this, you rely on your openness in dealing with people, your sense for optimization potential, and your curiosity to explore new paths.

As a service-oriented person, you conduct active customer and stakeholder management and, in cooperation with Product Managers, IT architects, Business Analysts, and the agile team, develop high-quality customer solutions.

In the role of Product Owner, you are responsible for the functional leadership of the agile team; you capture requirements, prioritize implementation in the backlog, and enable the continuous new and further development of the processes.

What you bring with you ##

• Completed studies or further training in business administration, business informatics, or similar
• Several years of professional experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role
• Solution-oriented, independent, and goal-oriented way of working with the ability to maintain an overview in a complex environment
• High affinity for technology and understanding to grasp complex relationships for the further development of the functional processes for which you are responsible
• Strong communication skills with a pronounced team and customer orientation as well as strong assertiveness
• Experience in the insurance industry in the non-life sector is an advantage
• Experience in the SAFe framework is an advantage
• Fluent German skills and good English skills
