On behalf of our client based in Genève, we are looking for a Senior IT Project Manager (f/m/d) responsible for steering strategic, business, and technical IT projects, ensuring their quality, operational and financial control, as well as the achievement of set objectives. Your mission * Steer IT projects from end to end, guaranteeing compliance with the objectives, deadlines, costs, quality, and commitments defined in the project mandates. * Identify, assess, and monitor project risks, implement necessary corrective measures, and guarantee compliance with internal control, information security, and quality assurance requirements. * Organize project governance, prepare decisions, and ensure necessary validations with stakeholders, steering committees, and governance bodies. * Define and coordinate the necessary resources, lead multidisciplinary teams, and ensure effective communication with experts, business units, and management. * Apply project management methodologies and standards, notably Hermès, and ensure reporting, communication, change management support, and monitoring of training plans. Your profile * University Master's degree in IT, EPF engineering degree, or equivalent training, with at least 5 years of proven experience in managing IT solution projects. * Solid mastery of the various project steering disciplines throughout the entire life cycle, with practice in one or more recognized frameworks such as Hermès, PMI, IPMA, or Agile. * Proven experience in steering IT projects involving vendor solutions, internal or external developments, and complex technical environments. * Strong ability to lead multidisciplinary resources, delegate, set objectives, and interact effectively with expert engineers, business stakeholders, and management members. * Excellent written and oral communication skills, leadership, autonomy, ability to anticipate, negotiate, and make decisions. * Good understanding of the challenges of a public or highly structured organization, with the ability to operate in an environment demanding governance, compliance, and risk management.
