Job Description

Care and Support

• Professional and warm care and management of people requiring care
• Co-responsibility for the professional quality of care
• Observation of care and support situations, including: introduction of corrective actions/necessary measures, with the help of tertiary-level collaborators
• Identification of crisis situations and taking intervention measures, with the help of tertiary-level collaborators
• Encouragement and support of hosts while respecting their resources and autonomy
• Collaboration in the planning, implementation, adaptation, and documentation of the care process, including: monitoring the effect of care measures
• Representation of the interests of hosts, maintaining relationships in their social environment
• Management of maintaining the relationship with the host
• Management of electronic care documentation (careCoach)
• Regular responsibility for the day service, with the help of tertiary-level collaborators

Medical Technique

• Execution of medical activities according to prescribed quality standards

Administration and Logistics

• Entry of planning and services (RAI, BESA, careCoach)
• Co-responsibility for the correct entry of material and services
• Ensuring ecological, economical, and qualitatively appropriate use of material
• Application of hygiene and safety directives

Co-responsibility for the training of apprentices in the professional group
