Your mission

You ensure the individual support of a child with specific needs within their childcare facility of the early childhood service. You ensure individualized support for the child during the different moments of their day, taking into account their current development, their rhythm, their needs, and their abilities.

Your main responsibilities

• Accompany the child during the different moments of daily life.
• Adapt your support to their abilities and their evolution.
• Support their participation in activities and group life.
• Promote their autonomy and their acquisitions.
• Ensure their safety while offering them the exploration possibilities necessary for their development.
• Observe their evolution and transmit relevant information to the team.
• Implement the objectives and adaptations defined with the educational team and the professionals surrounding the child.
• Contribute to a coherent and evolving care process, regularly adjusted to their needs.

Your profile

• CFC as a socio-educational assistant (ASE) or a title deemed equivalent.
• Interest in supporting children with specific needs.
• Good observation and adaptation skills.
• Ability to support the child in their learning and their autonomy.
• Patience, reliability, and a sense of responsibility.
• Ability to work in a team and to frame one's intervention within a defined setting.
• Adapted professional communication.
