Extra Receptionist (M/F)

L’Hôtel Eden Palace au Lac, a 4-star establishment located on the Riviera vaudoise, is looking for reinforcement for its team:

An Extra receptionist
Immediately or to be agreed

Profile sought:

• Beneficiary of a recognized hotel training, apprenticeship or equivalent training;
• Use of the Fidelio system;
• Similar experience;
• Mastery of the French language, good knowledge of English and knowledge of German, an asset;
• Ease in contact with clients of all nationalities;
• Eager to learn and endowed with a spirit of initiative, you are autonomous and precise in your work;
• Flexibility in schedules;
• Excellent presentation.

Your mission:

• Ensure the arrival and departure of clients;
• Manage telephone calls, correspondence and individual reservations;
• Communicate with the different departments;
• Guide the clientele in the choice of activities to do in the region or answer various other requests;
• Be attentive to the needs of clients and serve them kindly in all circumstances.
