Tasks:
Weekly planning and compilation of the lunch menus
Independent organization of the entire lunch business
Preparation and mise en place for the daily lunch service
Preparation and plating of the lunch menus
Ensuring a fast and smooth process during the lunch service
Planning of the required food and quantities for the lunch menus
Assistance with ordering goods and controlling inventory
Economic menu planning and as little food waste as possible
Coordination of the lunch menus with the management
Compliance with our quality standards
Control of food and correct storage
Compliance with all hygiene and cleanliness regulations
Cooperation with the service staff
Depending on the workload, support with further work in the kitchen
