Then become part of our team and contribute to the success of the Migros company. ### What you move * Ensure the achievement of the operational, financial, qualitative and personnel goals of the area, especially in relation to costs, yields and production losses * Lead, support and promote managers, specialists and specialists within your own area of responsibility * Ensure optimal personnel planning as well as the availability of plants, machines and the raw materials required for production * Ensure compliance with regulations in the areas of occupational safety, hygiene, quality, compliance and animal welfare * Analyze complaints as well as coordinate corrective measures and continuous improvements with those affected * Lead cross-departmental projects, participate in the further development of production capacities and ensure data quality in the various systems * Coordinate external slaughtering and ensure professional cooperation with internal and external partners ### What you bring * Education: Higher Vocational School * Specialization: Higher education at the level of a Higher Vocational School, a higher professional examination or a University of Applied Sciences, ideally supplemented by management training * Professional experience: Professional experience Proven professional experience in a production environment as well as in leading teams and in continuous improvement processes (CIP) * Strong leadership skills as well as experience in leading teams with different profiles * Good knowledge of common IT tools, especially Microsoft Office and SAP * High sense of responsibility, independence and initiative * Analytical thinking, solution-oriented way of working and confidence in dealing with complex situations * Flexibility, openness to change and entrepreneurial thinking * Strong communication and cooperation skills as well as competencies in conflict management * High awareness of quality, safety, performance and customer satisfaction * German (A2) * French (B1) ### What we offer you * Maternity leave / Paternity leave: 18 weeks paid maternity leave / 8 weeks paternity leave (4 weeks paid and 4 weeks unpaid) * Occupational pension scheme: Comprehensively insured in the Migros pension fund - with first-class and attractive benefits * Social benefits: 730 days of daily sickness benefit at full net salary * Catering: Balanced lunch menu/buffet in the staff restaurant for max.
