Job Description ##

• Lead and coordinate architectural projects throughout all project phases

Prepare and submit building permit application files

Ensure relations with clients as well as with various representatives

Simultaneously manage several projects at different stages of their development (building permit, construction supervision)

Analyze technical issues related to projects, particularly during the implementation phase

Actively participate in the dynamics, cohesion and development of the team

The Successful Applicant ##

• HES Architect training or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Mastery of ArchiCAD
