The [Direction de la transformation numérique et de l'IA (DTN-IA)](< >) accompanies the digital transformation of the institution. It designs, manages, and evolves the HUG information system, and plays a key role in the development of innovative digital products serving hospital performance and quality of care. Its action aims in particular to improve the patient journey before, during, and after hospitalization, to optimize hospital flows, and to support healthcare professionals through adapted tools reducing the administrative burden. It also contributes to the development of clinical research and innovation, notably through the integration of artificial intelligence technologies, and participates in the influence of HUG as a major player in digital health. They fulfill missions of care, teaching, and research, and are actively engaged in the training of future professionals. In this framework, HUG offers a pre-HES internship with a view to admission to the Bachelor in IT and Communication Systems at HEPIA. Pre-HES Internship -- IT and Communication Systems -- 100% As an IT intern, you will join the Flux et facturation team within the Dossier Patient domain at the Service des Applications of the Direction de la Transformation Numérique et de l'Intelligence Augmentée. These applications are deployed within the hospital and must meet high requirements of quality, performance, security, and configurability. In this context, you will participate in the design, development, and evolution of a suite of micro-services and interfaces as part of the <<Centralisation des règles de facturation>> project allowing the modeling of all rules related to the Dossier Patient Informatisé (DPI). You will familiarize yourself with DPI and its different functionalities, as well as with the methodologies necessary for the implementation of robust, scalable, and reusable technical solutions, promoting the pooling of developments while meeting the specific needs of the hospital. Accompanied by the team, you will learn and put into practice standards of development, architecture, and software quality. As part of your objectives, you will centralize all DPI billing rules in a common tool. You will remove all rules in third-party systems. You will rationalize the associated maintenance and facilitate changes to the tariff catalogue. You will enable super-users to model billing rules. You will set up a monitoring dashboard for service volumes Qualifications You hold a Maturité gymnasiale or a diploma deemed equivalent, and you have an interest in information and communication systems. You wish to join a Bachelor in IT and Communication Systems and must complete a preliminary internship for admission to HEPIA. No prior professional experience is required. This internship is intended for a person wishing to discover the IT sector in a professional environment in order to acquire a first practical experience before starting higher studies in IT. You know the fundamental principles of programming and have completed various personal or school projects with a widespread language (e.g., Python, C, Java). You know how to demonstrate autonomy to research information and find the resources necessary for the realization of your projects. You are motivated by the idea of familiarizing yourself with the methods and tools of the professional world in order to develop new skills and consolidate your knowledge. You demonstrate organization, curiosity, good interpersonal skills, and autonomy in the search for solutions.
