The Municipalité d'Etoy is advertising a position of: Manager for external services and concierge services (CDI 100 %)Main tasks and responsibilities * Supervise, manage and motivate a team of 9 employees (road maintenance, concierge services and water service) Promote a positive and collaborative working environment and framework. * Coordinate the implementation of projects defined by the Municipalité * Ensure legal compliance with current regulations and the application of safety rules * Monitoring of work carried out by external companies (buildings and roads). * Maintenance of green spaces (mowing, scything, watering) Maintenance of embankments and roadsides. * Maintenance of communal plots in the public domain. * Snow removal and salting of roads, paths and sidewalks, squares and surroundings. * Presence and maintenance of the waste collection center and the Ecopoints. * Setup and support during events * And all other tasks related to the function Profile sought * Holder of a CFC as an operations agent, road maintenance option, or a building trade and have at least 10 years of experience. * Proven skills in team management and project coordination. * Confirmed practical experience in relation to the job requirements. * Proactive, solution-oriented, rigorous personality * Category B driving license required * Proficiency in IT tools required * Sense of public service * Writing skills * Availability and flexibility (presence sometimes required on weekends and/or in the evening) Start of service 1st January 2027 or to be agreed We offer a dynamic working environment as well as attractive and modern employment conditions, Information M.
