Agency Manager

Your mission ##

As an expert in machine rental, you ensure the operational and commercial management of the agency, supervise the team, and are responsible for the economic results of the branch.

Your responsibilities ##

Operational Management

• Ensure quality customer service according to Avesco Rent standards
• Plan rentals, transport and preparation of machines
• Manage the machine fleet and the entry/exit of equipment
• Prepare offers, contracts and advise customers
• Coordinate the work priorities of the team
• Collaborate with other branches and headquarters

Administrative Management

• Cash management, invoicing and monitoring of debtors
• Preparation of delivery and return notes
• Monthly closing and administrative monitoring of the agency
• Coordination of spare parts orders

Personnel Management

• Recruit, plan and supervise employees
• Train, motivate and support the team
• Organize regular meetings
• Guarantee safety and be the main interlocutor for the agency

Commercial Responsibility

• Develop and retain customers
• Implement the local commercial strategy
• Monitor objectives and increase turnover
• Analyze the market and develop the customer portfolio

Your profile ##

Training

• CFC d'employé(e) de commerce or equivalent training
• 3 to 5 years of experience in the service field
• Experience in team management
• Good commercial and technical knowledge
• Mastery of IT tools (Excel, Word)
• Excellent writing and interpersonal skills
• Good oral knowledge of German (an asset)
