Your missions
------------

• You manage production systems projects in the field of manufacturing and assembly. In this capacity, you are the main interlocutor for other departments (production, IT, methods, quality, etc.), you manage and support cross-functional project teams and you ensure the financial monitoring of projects.
• You ensure the configuration, maintenance, and technical evolution of the production system. In addition to guaranteeing its smooth daily operation, you actively participate in its continuous improvement and modernization in order to optimize industrial performance.
• You develop tools and methods, as well as new production technologies.
• You provide support for the development of system/machine and system/system interfaces.
• You guarantee the quality, consistency, and reliability of production data and performance indicators (KPI).
• You ensure communication regarding project progress and results obtained to stakeholders.
• You implement the validation, documentation, and monitoring of projects, in accordance with current standards.

Your Profile
------------

• You hold an engineering degree in a technical field.
• You have initial professional experience in the implementation of software and production systems.
• Experience in an industrial environment is a considerable asset.
• You have experience in object-oriented programming and databases (SQL, etc.); an asset.
• You are proficient in French, both spoken and written; good knowledge of English, German is an asset.
• You distinguish yourself by your optimistic mindset, your openness to change, and your communication skills.
• In this role, you demonstrate flexibility, agility, and a keen sense of responsibility.
