Finishing Manager (M/F/X)

• Significant and successful experience in the finishing of jewelry/watchmaking components * Good team spirit and good decision-making ability * Proven experience in workshop management * Knowledge of problem-solving methodologies and Lean Manufacturing
• Organize and coordinate the finishing activities of the workshop. + Lead production teams and improve existing finishing processes. + Implementation and validation of new processes related to new components. + Manage non-conformities, analyze and define immediate actions. + Calculation of direct costs induced by non-conformities. + Identify tooling needs, design, manage manufacturing and validation. + Evaluation and implementation of actions to improve the general performance of the sector. jpidfbf98cdjm jpit0938jm jpiy26jm
