IT Technician (f/m/d) Be your best with bechtle On behalf of our client based in Genève, we are looking for an IT Technician (f/m/d) responsible for ensuring the preparation, delivery, installation, and commissioning of micro-computing equipment, as well as their tracking in management tools. Your mission * Prepare, configure, deliver, install, and commission desktop stations, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment. * Configure workstations, notably the BIOS, perform cloning via system images, and ensure their connection to the network. * Receive goods, check their compliance, and record entries, exits, and equipment movements in the management repositories. * Check, clean, refurbish, and prepare for reuse IT equipment returned by users. * Update directories and technical tools associated with the equipment, notably Active Directory, SCCM and SecureDoc, and contribute to IT fleet renewal operations. Your profile * Federal diploma or equivalent training, with at least 3 years of experience in the installation, configuration, and parameterization of workstations and office printers. * Good command of Windows, office tools Word, Excel and Outlook, as well as Active Directory and SCCM environments. * Knowledge of management and support tools such as , CFI and ITSM, as well as a good understanding of IT fleet management processes. * Valid driving license and proven ability to drive utility vehicles such as vans or trucks equipped with a hydraulic lift. * Physical capacity adapted to the handling and transport of IT equipment, with constant attention paid to safety during logistical operations. * Mastery of French orally and in writing, sense of service, autonomy, rigor, reliability, and ability to work effectively in a team.
