Real Estate Accountant
We are looking for, on behalf of one of our clients, a renowned Lausanne real estate agency, a specialized PPE Accountant to fill a fixed / permanent position as soon as possible.
Real Estate Accountant
In the context of an increase in activity and a reorganization of the team, your missions will be to:

• Accounting management and closing of building accounts in PPE
• Record and reconcile various accounts
• Perform the allocation of charges across the different departments and companies
• Prepare VAT statements
• Prepare annual account closing documents for audits and auditors
• Entry and payment of supplier invoices
• Various administrative tasks related to the function
• Diploma in accounting or equivalent training.
• Confirmed experience of 3-4 years in general accounting, a plus if it is in real estate
• Rapid availability ideally - position in Lausanne on-site and at 100%
