Following the increase in the number of requests related to the Police des constructions, the Service Technique Intercommunal (STI) is advertising the position of: Technical and administrative assistant for the Police des constructions - 80% to 100% Profile of the function: * CFC in geomatics, CFC in building drafting or a title deemed equivalent * Good knowledge regarding the Police des constructions and administrative procedures * Minimum three years of professional experience in a similar position * Proficiency in MS Office IT tools and the cantonal platform CAMAC * Good writing skills * Ability to work in a team but also independently * Person having a sense of collaboration and service Missions: Manage the files of the Service Technique Intercommunal (STI) du Gros-de-Vaud and perform the administrative follow-up of the various projects. Issue building permits and occupancy permits. Participate in the general organization of the service. Provide technical information to citizens and economic partners, guide and advise them.
