Job Description ###

Main responsibilities

• Supervise and harmonize a technical scope covering notably precision mechanical disciplines, design activities and the technical means associated with production
• Lead the development, evolution and optimization of technical solutions, equipment and the means necessary for industrial activities
• Structure and lead technical projects, from the expression of needs to their implementation, ensuring the monitoring of resources, deadlines and risks
• Ensure the quality, reliability and compliance of deployed solutions
• Identify and lead actions to improve processes, working methods and the performance of technical means
• Monitor technological evolutions and evaluate solutions likely to bring added value to activities
• Define technical orientations and support their breakdown into priorities, projects and concrete actions
• Provide expertise to different services and contribute to decisions relating to technical and industrial challenges

Profile ###

Desired profile

• Engineering degree in mechanical, microtechnical or deemed equivalent
• Good knowledge of Lean Management and continuous improvement; a Green Belt / Black Belt certification is an asset
• Solid experience in a responsibility-holding function within an industrial environment with a high technical component
• Very good knowledge of mechanical processes, manufacturing means and technologies used in precision environments
• Good understanding of design, technical development and industrialization activities
• Proven experience in leading technical projects and in the improvement of processes, equipment or working methods
• Ability to coordinate different technical fields and ensure their convergence around common priorities
• Leadership, sense of organization and ability to mobilize teams in a context of evolution and continuous improvement
• Ease in communication, ability to work with various interlocutors, sense of organization and concrete approach to problems
