In order to strengthen our teams in Pully, we are looking for a Junior Mandate Manager -- Fiduciary & Finance with initial experience within a fiduciary firm and wishing to evolve in this field. You have acquired good knowledge in the fiduciary field and wish to develop your skills within a dynamic and demanding environment. In this role, you participate in the management and monitoring of a portfolio of SME clients, with a particular focus on the restaurant and hotel sectors. You progressively accompany your clients in their accounting, financial and tax challenges and develop your skills alongside experienced professionals. To find out more, consult our [website](< >) or follow us on [LinkedIn](< >) or [Facebook.](< >) For any questions, we remain gladly at your disposal at the following email address: [Write an email](< >). ### Tasks Accounting and consulting mandates You participate in the management and monitoring of a portfolio of SME clients under the supervision of a mandate manager * You progressively accompany your clients and answer their questions regarding accounting, financial and organizational matters * You prepare and establish accounting work, including annual closings, in collaboration with the mandate managers * You contribute to ensuring the quality of the work as well as compliance with current standards and procedures * You participate in the monitoring and control of payroll management on your files * You support your clients in their various procedures and progressively develop your consulting skills. Taxation & VAT * You participate in the preparation of tax returns for individuals and legal entities as well as VAT returns * You progressively develop your skills in taxation and accompany mandate managers in client consulting * You participate in the processing of more complex tax and VAT questions. Cooperation * You collaborate closely with the mandate managers, the management as well as with the other branches in French-speaking Switzerland. Digitalization & automation * You actively participate in the optimization and automation of fiduciary processes * You contribute to accompanying our clients in their digital transition. ### Requirements * Training -- Federal diploma of specialist in finance and accounting (in progress or planned) or Bachelor in business administration / finance, with initial experience in fiduciary * Experience -- First confirmed experience in fiduciary, ideally in the management of SME mandates * Digital skills -- Interest in digital tools and digital transformation; ideally knowledge of Abacus and M-Files software * Languages -- Excellent command of French; knowledge of German is an asset * Interpersonal skills -- Enjoyment in contact with clients and ability to establish relationships of trust * Proximity -- Interest in advising and long-term accompanying families of entrepreneurs * Autonomy & rigor -- Ability to work autonomously, organized and rigorously, while enjoying teamwork * Motivation & development -- Desire to learn, to develop skills and to evolve progressively towards a Mandate Manager position * Proactivity & flexibility -- Solution-oriented approach, sense of initiative and willingness to progressively take on more responsibility.
