Polisseur CFC 100% CDI (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Contribute to maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Ensure the aesthetic quality of parts by respecting defined finishing criteria
• Guarantee compliance with quality standards, internal procedures, and manufacturing deadlines
• Identify any non-conformities and implement appropriate corrective actions
• Perform the necessary dimensional and visual controls throughout the production process
• Actively participate in continuous improvement processes in order to optimize manufacturing processes
• Perform finishing operations on watch casing components, notably polishing and brightening

Profile

• CFC de Polisseur
• Confirmed experience in the polishing and brightening of watch casing components
• Knowledge of automatic or semi-automatic finishing processes appreciated
• Excellent manual dexterity and very good visual acuity
• Sharp sense of detail, rigor, and quality requirements
• Mastery of IT tools related to production
• Autonomous, organized person who enjoys teamwork
• Availability to work in shift patterns (2x8)
