We are recruiting a:

Assistant in community nursing and healthcare

You recognize yourself in the following profile:

• Holder of a CFC as an assistant in community nursing and healthcare (ASSC)
• Professional experience in geriatrics and/or psychogeriatrics, with a sensitivity to supporting elderly people
• Comfort with IT tools used in the field of care
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Excellent interpersonal skills, dynamism, sociability and great empathy towards residents

You want to:

• Provide personalized care to promote the well-being and safety of residents on a daily basis
• Respect and apply care standards and protocols established within the institution
• Observe the needs of residents, adjust your support accordingly and contribute to adapted care approaches
• Actively collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal organization of care and follow-up
• Support nursing assistants, apprentices and interns, by sharing your expertise and your listening skills
• Perform administrative tasks related to care, by recording your observations and transmitting essential information to guarantee quality continuity
