Export Logistics Coordinator (M/F)

Your mission :

Logistics & Compliance

• Organize, invoice and follow up on deliveries and exports (ERP, WEB EDI, B2B customer platforms).
• Perform shipments according to incoterms (BL, invoicing, documentary set).
• Guarantee customs compliance and master the associated regulations.

Optimization & Innovation

• Identify and propose optimization levers to gain efficiency.
• Collaborate with the sales and customer services to streamline processes.

Management of contingencies & Continuous improvement

• Resolve logistical emergencies and participate if necessary in external inventories.
• Respect escalation procedures and contribute to process improvement.

Required technical skills :

• Expertise in compliance: mastery of customs declarations, customs duties
• "Freight forwarder" profile appreciated.
• Mastery of Microsoft Office tools
• Sensitivity to new technologies: AI, automation
• Fluent English
• German an asset

Your profile :

• Confirmed experience of minimum 3 years on SAP
• Confirmed experience in international freight
