--- base: meta-keywords: meta-viewport: width=device-width, title: Director --- Director =============== As part of an ongoing merger process between the Fondation CREDE and the Association PEP, the committees of the two non-profit organizations are advertising the position of: ### Director of the new entity at 90-100% The organization resulting from the merger develops and implements a range of services intended for professionals, institutions, and partners in childcare. Its ambition is to contribute to the development and promotion of the quality of childcare and to assert itself as a reference partner in the sector in the canton of Vaud. Your mission You ensure the strategic, pedagogical, managerial, and financial direction of the new organization. In this capacity, you: * Ensure alignment between the strategic orientations set by the committee, the missions of the organization, the legal and institutional framework and ensure operational implementation. * Actively contribute to the implementation of the merger process and unite the teams around a common culture. * Develop and coordinate services adapted to the needs of the field. * Supervise a multidisciplinary team and establish a respectful working climate, fostering motivation, engagement, and collective dynamics. * Represent the organization to authorities, partners, and subsidizers. Your profile Your assets: strategic vision, collaborative leadership, change management, management of complex projects, political sense and commitment to the development of skills and pedagogical innovation. * Master's in social work, educational sciences, social sciences or a title deemed equivalent * Proven experience in the childhood and education sector * Experience in adult training desired * Minimum 5 years of experience in a director or team leader function * Experience collaborating with political, strategic, or decision-making bodies * Excellent ability to carry a vision, lead change, and develop strategic partnerships * Mobilizing and uniting leadership, combined with excellent communication skills and real relational talent. * Good understanding of the challenges related to childcare * Occasional availability in the evening and flexibility in hours; driver's license What we offer A stimulating working environment, a dynamic team, and rich human connections Remuneration in relation to training and experience according to the AVOP salary scale.
