Your missions

Ensure the setting and setup of MAZAK INTEGREX turning-milling centers.

Perform the machining of complex and high-precision mechanical parts.

Prepare the tools, setups, and equipment necessary for manufacturing.

Adapt and optimize machining programs according to technical requirements.

Perform dimensional controls and guarantee the conformity of parts.

Analyze machining issues and provide the necessary corrections.

Participate in the improvement of methods and the optimization of manufacturing processes.

Your profile

CFC as a polymécanicien or training deemed equivalent.

Indispensable and confirmed experience on MAZAK INTEGREX machines.

Excellent mastery of the setting and setup of complex CNC machines.

Solid knowledge of multi-axis turning and milling processes.

Good CNC programming skills.

Mastery of reading blueprints and using measuring instruments.

Very good knowledge of cutting tools and machining strategies.

Autonomous, rigorous personality who enjoys solving technical challenges.
