Senior Sanitary Project Manager – Geneva / Suisse romande

• Analyze needs and design water supply and drainage networks.
• Supervise sizing and verify the consistency of technical choices.
• Prepare specifications and tender documents.
• Organize the production of plans and documents with technical teams.
• Ensure monitoring of budgets, planning, and quality of services.
• Coordinate the integration of installations with other project stakeholders.
• Participate in technical meetings and work monitoring.
• Support inspections, commissioning, and acceptance of installations.
• Higher education in sanitary installations, building technology, climate engineering, building technical engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Significant professional experience in the sanitary field, ideally around 20 years, with solid practice in project management.
• Proven experience in Switzerland is indispensable, with a good knowledge of practices, standards, and requirements applicable to sanitary installations.
• Experience in managing complex technical projects, from design to the acceptance of installations.
• Good mastery of project monitoring: budget, planning, technical coordination, quality, and interface management.
• Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and to coordinate several stakeholders simultaneously.
• Autonomy, rigor, organization, and ability to make decisions.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with clients, companies, and project partners.
• Mastery of French, both spoken and written.
• Knowledge of planning, project management, and technical design tools is an asset.

You will be responsible for managing sanitary projects, from the definition and design of technical solutions to the monitoring of their realization and the acceptance of the installations, in coordination with the various stakeholders of the project.
