Are you passionate about technology? At ISS, you ensure the proper functioning of modern buildings. As a building technician, you ensure the perfect condition of electrotechnical installations or HVACS systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary, electricity) -- guaranteeing comfort, safety and efficiency at all times. ### Your tasks: * Autonomously execute inspection tasks * Manage maintenance and upkeep activities * Handle various requests and minor troubleshooting * Process daily work reports, delivery notes and order tickets * Monitor and accompany the execution of work by commissioned companies * Propose and implement appropriate modifications and improvements for various sectors * Manage small repair projects * Participation in the on-call service (every 6 to 8 weeks) ### Your profile: * CFC electrical installer mandatory * Several years of experience in a similar activity * Good experience in the administrative and technical management of small construction sites * Proficiency in French, English is an asset * Good use of standard IT tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) * Driver's license required * Autonomy, Team spirit, communication, sense of service and organization ### Ready for us?
