We are looking for our client, an insurance company, for a:

1e LPP Team Leader

Missions:

• Modifications concerning insured persons as well as admissions and departures
• Retirements and benefit cases
• Early EPL withdrawals and buy-ins
• Incoming and outgoing vested benefits
• Divorce cases and feasibility declarations
• Claims in collaboration with reinsurers
• Pension payments and payment operations
• Investment mandates and changes in strategy
• Development of the internal service
• Management of 1-3 people and collaboration with 3 RM

Profile:

• 30 - 55 years old
• CFC as a commercial employee or equivalent
• Minimum 5-6 years of experience in LPP
• Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience as a team leader
• Good knowledge of English (minimum level B2-C1)
• Good knowledge of German (level B2 = an asset)
• Very good knowledge of standard IT tools
• Responsible, autonomous person with leadership skills
