Responsibilities:

• Control parts manufactured internally by selecting and using the measuring means adapted to each inspection
• Analyze and apply control plans
• Take charge of non-conformity management
• Measure on Keyence machines (use and programming)
• Ensure a support role in the management of measuring means: maintenance, calibration, adaptation of periodicity, evaluation of new external providers
• Collaborate with the machining departments

Your profile:

• Training in quality with a TQ1 diploma (non-negotiable)
• Experience in the field of inspection in Switzerland of minimum 5 years
• Expertise in the use of measuring tools and quality control techniques: Keyence programming (use and programming), conventional measuring means, ease in reading technical drawings
• Good mastery of office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of SAP and a quality management / measuring means management / control plan management software is an asset
• Mastery of French
• Sharp sense of precision and ability to make informed decisions regarding quality
• Strong capacity to analyze complex technical situations, to listen to different interlocutors
• Ability to manage time and priorities
• Dynamism, curiosity, appetite for problem-solving, communication skills with different types of interlocutors
