HR Analytics Specialist - auxiliary (80% to 90%)

The Personnel Service develops a harmonized HR policy and supports all services of the Ville de Lausanne. Within the monitoring and data governance unit, you will contribute to the development of HR steering and the continuous improvement of the quality of personnel data.

Duration

Auxiliary contract from 1 December 2026 to 30 June 2027

Main mission(s)

Design, develop and update HR steering and business intelligence tools, notably with Excel and Tableau

Proceed with the collection, preparation, analysis and interpretation of data

Develop HR statistics, reports and indicators, as well as respond to surveys and requests for analysis

Control the quality and consistency of data, perform audits and contribute to the improvement of personnel data management processes

Prepare and control the data necessary for the annual management report

Participate in projects and respond to requests from the department concerning HR data

Profile

University Master's degree in economic sciences, diploma from a higher management school or training deemed equivalent

Training in statistical analysis and at least 2 years of professional experience in a relevant field

Good knowledge of HR professions and processes as well as decision-making indicators and dashboards

Excellent command of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel

Mastery of an HR information system and a business intelligence tool such as Tableau

Excellent analytical and synthesis skills, autonomy, sense of organization and respect for professional ethics
